Chunks of honey comb too small for the 4×4 jewel cases, in glass jars filled with our honey.  This is virgin comb, produced and harvested during the month of June, and so only available with Spring honey.  Drawn comb is the most precious resource in the apiary, and traditionally honey was sold like this, with chunks of comb, as a mark of authenticity.

A chunk of honeycomb in a half-pint Mason jar, topped off with honey.  Net weight is 3/4 pound (12 oz.).  Honey was traditionally sold this way as a guarantee of authenticity, due to the relative value of drawn and capped comb relative to honey.

Due to the difficulty shipping these without breakage, this product is only available for local pickup and at farmer's markets.
